| My professional experience includes design, marketing sales, management, product development and distribution. Owned and operated an import/export business that specialized in high end sunglasses and eyewear. Worked with the Andy Warhol foundation and created a line of eyewear using his art work in the creation of the product lines. I have worked and traveled extensively overseas. Finding common interest with my clients has been easy for me because of my diverse background. Real Estate has been my second career and profession for the past five years. I believe that educating myself is important so that I can better advise and assist my clients. I am constantly taking extra credit classes pertaining to the real estate market so that I can be ahead of the curve for my clients. I have earned one of the most highly honored designations in the real estate industry, the CRS or Certified Residential Specialist. In order to get this certification, you need to have a large number of transactions under your belt and many extra hours of advance education. I am most proud of this designation. I also have other designations including the Certified Negotiation Expert and the Accredited Buyers Representative designations. As a Realtor, I understand the importance of constantly keeping informed so that I can be of the utmost help to my clients. I keep up with all the latest laws pertaining to real estate, foreclosures, short sales and bank owned properties. You will feel very confident working with me either buying or selling a home.
